Notes
The school year of 1927 - 28 opened at St. Joseph's under a cloud. The pupils missed the accustomed greeting of one dear teacher. Sister Fenety was ill, but we hoped only for a time. Prayer without ceasing was offered for her recovery, but the Divine Gardener in whose vineyard she laboured so zealously saw that her crown was completed and placing it on her brow bode her enter with Him to the eternal Marriage Feast on November 21st. St. Joseph's was plunged in mourning. The little boys missed her very much and as a proof of their esteem and of the gratitude they felt for all she had done for them, the boys of former years united with the present class and….
